Atelier resfeber, a gallery shop that combines plants and art, is currently looking for people to share the small atelier space and help us grow plants together.

It's a little inconvenient, but
A place with wide open skies and good ventilation.

This atelier, which opens only once a week in this place, is not just a store that sells things, but a "laboratory for daily life" that is an extension of our own daily rhythms and activities.
It is also a way of sowing the seeds to slowly take root in the local community.

It is a form that takes root in this place and exists as part of the scenery of quiet life.
I wanted to share this space with a small group of like-minded people.


If you want a place where people can see your work,
Those who want to gain some experience working in a store,

Nature and art lovers,
And for those who feel some kind of "connection" to the place called Zenpukuji.


The facilities are still not perfect and are far from perfect.
Due to the nature of the building, it is impossible to predict what changes may occur in the future.


There is a possibility that we may have to close suddenly or move locations, but we are looking for people who can enjoy the fluctuations that come with being in such an old and small venue.


I would be happy if this reaches people who, in the midst of their busy daily lives, find even a little bit of value in "growing slowly and quietly" together.

Recruitment overview

You can choose from the following three plans .

■ Important points common to all plans

  • A consignment contract will be required for sales.
  • The contract period is 3 months and is automatically renewed .
  • A handling fee of 2,000 yen will be charged at the start of the transaction.

PLAN A｜wide shelfy & weekly owner

Plan Overview

  • Number of participants: Up to 2 people (A + B Plan total). If there are a large number of applicants, a selection process will be conducted.
  • Plan cost: 9,900 yen/month (tax included)
  • Sales floor space: You can use the space equivalent to two shelves at the back (approximately W1500 x D400 x H400mm)
  • The plots will be rotated, with each plot being replaced every month.

Precautions

  • As a share owner, you will be involved in store operations (once a week on a weekday, on a fixed day in principle. This will also include selling works by other artists).
  • Please lock the door whenever you take a break, such as to use the restroom.
  • If a reservation is made for the use of the space for an event, solo exhibition, etc., the products may be temporarily removed and re-displayed (this will be handled by the management).

PLAN B｜Wide shelf

Plan Overview

  • Number of participants: Up to 2 people (A + B Plan total). If there are a large number of applicants, a selection process will be conducted.
  • Plan cost: 4,950 yen/month (tax included)
  • Sales floor space: You can use one shelf at the back (approximately W15000 x D400 x H400mm)
  • The plots will be rotated, with each plot being replaced every month.
  • Please carry in and out of the products yourself.

Precautions

  • No shift participation or store work
  • We do not conduct inventory at the end of each month, so if you are concerned, please do so yourself.
  • If a reservation is made for the use of the space for an event, solo exhibition, etc., the products may be temporarily removed and re-displayed (this will be handled by the management).

PLAN C｜shelfy

Plan Overview

  • Number of applicants: Up to 10 people. If there are many applicants, a selection process will be conducted.
  • Plan cost: 990 yen per month + 20% sales commission
  • Sales status will be reported at the end of each month, and sales proceeds will be transferred every three months.
  • Sales space: In principle, you will be required to use one bookshelf (300 x 300 x 300 mm).
    (The locations will be rotated monthly.) Zines and other publications may be displayed in the table area "by the entrance," up to one per person.

  • No shift participation or store work
  • Please carry out inventory and product replacement yourself during business hours.
  • Please carry in and out of the products yourself.
  • If a reservation is made for the use of the space for an event, solo exhibition, etc., the products may be temporarily removed and re-displayed (this will be handled by the management).

PLAN D｜popup-use

Plan Overview

  • Recruitment: Anytime (please let us know the desired month)
  • Plan cost: Contact us
  • Sales space: W900 x D600 x H500mm or less. The entire table can be used as a pop-up space.

Precautions

  • No storefront work is required, but you can choose to be present in the gallery.
  • Please carry in and out of the products yourself.
  • If a reservation is made for the use of the space for an event, solo exhibition, etc., the products may be temporarily removed and re-displayed (this will be handled by the management).

Atelier resfeber is located along Ome-kaido, but offers a peaceful space where you can forget the hustle and bustle of the city.

The large entrance hall features natural materials and iconic Nordic lighting, creating a warm atmosphere.

It provides visitors with a place of healing and inspiration where nature and art intersect.

A pop-up booth next to the entrance. Perfect for those who want to display zines or other flat-type books, or for those who want to use the entire booth as a pop-up to display their work for a limited time.

Important Notices and Requests

  • Recruitment is a selective system (apply → select → contact)
  • We value compatibility with the work and worldview. Please understand that this format is not suitable for everyone.
  • When applying, please include a URL that shows your Instagram account or creative activities.
  • Due to the facility's limitations, only merchandise sales are permitted. Please note that food, drink, and sales using water and sewerage are not permitted.
  • We cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event of theft or damage. Thank you for your understanding.


Terms of Use

  • If we determine that a product or service does not comply with our policy, we may refuse to use it.
  • We are not responsible for theft or damage to artworks or merchandise.
  • Please ensure that exhibits are set up safely and securely.
  • If you damage, soil, or lose any equipment or fixtures within our facility, we will demand full compensation for the damage.
  • This facility does not have toilets or running water. Please use the toilets at the convenience store located a 2-minute walk away, or at the park across Ome-kaido.
  • As a general rule, please take any trash you produce with you when you leave. (We also offer collection for 220 yen for 20 liters.)
  • A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel 7 days prior to the date of use, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel 3 days prior.

The service is not available in the following cases. (Please note that the service will be suspended as soon as it becomes known.) Please note that there will be no refunds for the service.

  • Anything that violates public order and morals
  • Selling illegal products
  • Selling products that force people to take out expensive loans
  • Religious or similar organization solicitation or missionary activities
  • Activities related to antisocial forces
  • Mind control seminars
  • Use that soils the room
  • Activities that may lead to discrimination or human rights violations
  • When there are problems with management and operation
  • If the administrator determines that the content does not comply with our company's policies


Please also note that the following cannot be done:

  • Food and drink sales
  • Use of fire
  • Use of powerful drugs
  • Generates smoke and odors
  • Use of voices, musical instruments, or sound equipment at a volume that can be heard by neighbors
  • Physical expressions that involve movements such as stomping that cause vibrations in the building (such as hip-hop dance)
  • Performance using real water
  • A performance with complete darkness
