All you need is a zine and you can display and sell the accessories and miscellaneous goods you have created in this shared bookshelf, a small gallery where your unique creations can come to life.

We offer a special space limited to 10 people.

Located between Kichijoji, Nishi-Ogikubo, and Kamishakujii, this area is a popular gathering place for people with a keen interest in design, art, and culture. Why not expand the opportunities for your work to touch the hearts of many people?

Start a new journey in this space. Why not share your story from here, mainly through a zine? You can deliver by mail or in person, so please use the space that suits you best.

◾️Application to start using the service

1. Application

Select "Apply" from this page and pay 0 yen.

2. Form Filling

After checking the details, only those who pass the screening will be sent a registration form. (Please fill out the form with the delivery method, text to be published, etc.)

3. Start the plan

Please fill out form 2, select the plan product from this page, proceed to your cart, check the contents, and purchase.

4. Delivery

Products can be delivered by mail or brought directly to the store.

5.Start using bookshelf

After delivery, the product will be ready for display on shelves and publication on the page in approximately one week.

6. Sales

Every three months, we will transfer the amount of your sales minus the commission fee.

◾️Shared Bookshelf Monthly Fee Includes

・Store bookshelf usage fee (approximate size: 30cm x 30cm x 30cm)

・Online site sales page usage fee (text and images must be provided. Each person is limited to one product detail page. Products from the same series can be listed together on one page)

・Consignment sales fees (sales, packaging, shipping, etc. of products)

 

◾️Items available

*Due to the limited number of bookshelves, we are limiting the number of people allowed.

*As we are a select shop, we only carry zines related to travel, lifestyle, photography, and design.

*Please note that we cannot handle items that are strongly character-oriented, content that violates public order and morals, or items that the management team deems inappropriate.

*We can also handle miscellaneous items other than ZINE, but please note that we cannot handle food or cosmetics that are intended for direct consumption.

◾️Payment Method

Membership fee: 0 yen (tax included)

Rent: 1,980 yen/month (tax included) per shelf (30cm height x 30cm width x 30cm depth), renewed every 3 months

* Automatic renewal every three months. For details, please contact us through My Page (if you are a registered member) or the form on our website.

*Monthly rent will be automatically debited via cashless payment such as credit card (payment at the end of the previous month). Please note that cash cannot be used.

◾️Display method

Items will be displayed within the designated space on the shelf.

We have prepared one clear stand pop-up per shelf on the shelves, and we ask that you provide text, etc. Please prepare the content to be published here, such as the name of your activity, an introduction to your zine, a QR code, etc. (You will be asked to fill out a form later.)

◾️ Maintenance after display

- We will contact you individually on the last business day of each month regarding sales and inventory status.

If an item becomes out of stock before then, we will do our best to contact you, but we ask that you also check the inventory yourself from time to time. (The inventory on the website and in stores are linked.)

・You can choose your preferred shelf position on the form on a first-come, first-served basis, but please note that we may need to temporarily change the shelf depending on the coordination situation.

◾️Sales

・A flat 15% commission will be deducted from all sales of ZINEs as a settlement and commission fee. Payments will be made in a lump sum every three months (closing at the end of January, April, July, and October) and deposited the following month.

*Only bank transfers are accepted.

◾️About theft and damage

The owner is always present in the store and we have a security system in place. However, in the unlikely event that any displayed items are stolen or damaged, we cannot provide compensation.

We ask that you refrain from selling expensive and valuable items.
