1. Application: After purchasing this product, please contact us with detailed information.
2. Diagnosis: We will carry out a detailed diagnosis of the condition of your plant , either at your home or at Atelier Resfeber .
3. Results report: Based on the diagnosis results, we will recommend the most appropriate care method.
4. Aftercare: Even after the diagnosis, we will respond promptly to any questions or concerns you may have.

• Bring-in diagnostics: Free
• On-site diagnosis: We will visit your home and conduct a diagnosis in certain areas of Tokyo only (fees apply) .
