Zenpukuji Coffee Enoya is located inside the Osakaya Otsuka Sake Shop, which was founded 48 years ago. We are close to the local community and are supported by them, providing the coffee beans that everyone is looking for.
The raw beans we purchase are thoroughly cleaned of any rotten or defective beans, and then 3kg at a time are roasted in a custom-made 5kg roasting pot, a semi-hot air, two-layered cast iron pot, and roasted thoroughly to the inside, resulting in coffee beans that are so carefully and evenly roasted you'll want more.
Discovery, a small-batch roaster inherited from a long-established local cafe, uses it for tastings with local regulars and also sells rare coffee beans.
