⬛︎Plan Overview

  • Number of simultaneous users: Maximum 2 people (A + B plans total). If there are many applicants, selection will be required.
  • Plan cost: 4,950 yen/month (tax included)
  • Sales space: You can use one shelf at the back (approximately W1500 x D400 x H400mm)
  • The plots will be rotated, with each plot being replaced every month.

  • No shift participation or store work
  • We do not conduct inventory at the end of each month, so if you are concerned, please do so yourself.
  • If a reservation is made for the use of the space for an event, solo exhibition, etc., the products may be temporarily removed and re-displayed (this will be handled by the management).

Consignment Sales Agreement

Article 1 (Purpose)

Party A will exhibit and sell Party B's products in its own atelier, and Party B will deposit the products to the extent necessary for this.


Article 2 (Contract Period)

  1. This Agreement will be valid for three months from the date of the agreement and will be automatically renewed every three months.
  2. If either party wishes to terminate the contract, they shall notify the other party in writing (including by email) at least one month prior to the scheduled renewal date.


Article 3 (Sales commission, management fee, handling fee)

  1. The shelf usage management fee shall be the amount stated on Party A's website etc. (whether the amount is stated excluding or including tax will be in accordance with the amount stated on that page).
  2. Sales commissions will be deducted from sales at a rate based on the plan selected at the time of signing the contract.
  3. Party B shall pay Party A 2,000 yen (tax included) as a handling fee at the time of the initial contract.


Article 4 (Sales Management and Settlement)

  1. In the case of Plan A , Party B will, in principle, be responsible for managing sales and accounting for each product. If atelier resfeber's payment terminal is used within the atelier, Party B will report and settle the sales to Party B, and after mutual confirmation at the end of the month, settlement will be carried out. Party A will support Party B's sales activities, but will not incur sales commissions on sales.
  2. In the case of Plan B , Party A will sell on a consignment basis based on the pricing set by Party B. Party A will support Party B's sales activities, but will not receive a sales commission on sales.
  3. In the case of Plan C , Party B will sell on consignment basis based on the pricing set by Party A and will pay Party A 20% of sales as a sales commission. Party A will report the sales situation to Party B at the end of each month, and the sales proceeds will be transferred to the account specified by Party B every three months.
  4. In either case, any management fees or other outstanding amounts will be offset against the sales proceeds at the time of settlement.


Article 5 (Store Duty/Plan A)

  1. Party B will, in principle, engage in store operations once a week in consultation with Party A.
  2. This work will be carried out on a volunteer basis and no employment relationship will arise between Party A and the Worker.
  3. If the person on duty is unable to attend, Party B will be responsible for arranging for a substitute staff member.


Article 6 (Display/Storage/Removal)

  1. The product display location and space to be used will be decided through consultation between Party A and Party B based on the basic conditions in accordance with the contract plan. The detailed layout and specifications within the space may be adjusted at Party A's discretion.
  2. If it becomes necessary to temporarily remove and reinstall Party B's products due to reasons such as the building's circumstances or an event or exclusive use held by Party A, Party A will handle the matter responsibly. Party B shall agree to this in advance.
  3. Party A will manage the products with the care of a good manager, but Party A will not be held responsible for any damage, theft, or soiling caused by force majeure. Party B will manage the products at its own risk.


Article 7 (Confidentiality)

Party A and Party B shall not disclose to any third party any business information, customer information, personal information, or other confidential information of the other party that they have learned in connection with the contract. The same shall apply even after the contract has terminated.


Article 8 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)

Party B represents and warrants that it is not, and will not be, a member of an organized crime group, a person associated with an organized crime group, or any other anti-social force.

If any facts contrary to this are discovered, Party A may terminate the contract without prior notice.


Article 9 (Termination of Contract)

Either Party A or Party B may terminate this Agreement by giving one month's notice to the other party, even during the contract period.


Article 10 (Discussion matters)

If any matters not specified in this Agreement or any doubts arise regarding their interpretation, Party A and Party B shall negotiate in good faith and seek an amicable resolution.

  • If we determine that a product or service does not comply with our policy, we may refuse to use it.
  • We are not responsible for theft or damage to artworks or merchandise.
  • Please ensure that exhibits are set up safely and securely.
  • If you damage, soil, or lose any equipment or fixtures within our facility, we will claim compensation for the damage.
  • As a general rule, please take any trash you produce with you when you leave.
  • This facility does not have toilets or running water. Please use the toilets at the convenience store located a 2-minute walk away, or at the park across Ome-kaido.

The service cannot be used in the following cases. (Please note that the service will be suspended as soon as it becomes known.) Please note that there will be no refunds for the service.

  • Anything that violates public order and morals
  • Selling illegal products
  • Selling products that force people to take out expensive loans
  • Religious or similar organization solicitation or missionary activities
  • Activities related to antisocial forces
  • Mind control seminars
  • Use that soils the room
  • Activities that may lead to discrimination or human rights violations
  • When there are problems with management and operation
  • If the administrator determines that the content does not comply with our company's policies


Please also note that the following cannot be done:

  • Food and drink sales
  • Use of fire
  • Use of powerful drugs
  • Generates smoke and odors
  • Use of voices, musical instruments, or sound equipment at a volume that can be heard by neighbors
  • Physical expressions that involve movements such as stomping that cause vibrations in the building (such as hip-hop dance)
  • Performance using real water
  • A performance with complete darkness
