It's been a week since the event, so here's the information for today ^^

If you have any other questions, please feel free to let us know.
There may be some shortcomings, but we hope you will join us on the day !

■Event period

March 29th (Sat) - March 30th (Sun) 12:00-18:00

■ Loading and unloading

If you are bringing your work in yourself, please send it between 11:00 and 12:00 on the day of the event. If you are sending it by mail, please send it by the deadline. (Please check the application requirements page for information on the fixtures and other items that can be used in the store.)

If you are removing your items yourself, please do so after 6pm, when the store closes. (If you would like to have your items delivered by mail, our staff will arrange this separately.)

■Sales and accounting <For in-person exhibitors>

It is up to the exhibitors.

Please bring the amount of cash you expect to need on the day, and if you have a device, please bring it with you.

<In the case of consignment exhibits>
Our staff will handle the accounting on your behalf.

We will deduct the following fees from your sales and then pay you the amount. (Payment destination will be determined individually.)

・15% of sales

・Sales transfer fee: Flat rate of ¥300

・By mail: ¥300/one way (¥600 for both delivery and unloading)

*Exhibitors are responsible for shipping costs

*Not required if you are carrying it in and out yourself

■About breaks on the day

Exhibitors are requested to take snacks, toilet breaks, etc. at their own convenience.

For lunch, we also recommend nido 's herb hot dogs, which are a 5-minute walk away. (Please note that it is expected to be busy at lunchtime, so please allow yourself plenty of time.)

■Terms of Use

We are not responsible for theft or damage to artworks or merchandise.
Please ensure that exhibits are set up safely and securely.
If you damage, soil, or lose any equipment or fixtures within our facility, we will demand full compensation for the damage.
This facility does not have toilets or running water. Please use the toilets at the convenience store located a 2-minute walk away, or at the park across Ome-kaido.

As a general rule, please take any trash you produce with you when you leave.

If you have been referred to this page, your participation will be officially confirmed once payment is made. Please confirm the following information and then proceed to payment.

*Regarding booths: Information will be provided separately.
*Regarding cancellations: If you cancel after applying, a cancellation fee will be charged. Please check the application guidelines for details.

Payment: Please proceed to payment from this page.
Email receipt: After payment, you will receive an automatic order email. Once you receive this email, your payment and exhibition will be confirmed.
Preparation of works: Please prepare your works and layouts up until the day of the event.
On the day (delivery): If you are delivering your work yourself, please deliver it between 11:00 and 12:00. If you are sending it by mail, please send it by the deadline. (Please check the application requirements page for information on the fixtures and other items that can be used in the store.)
On the day (exhibitor): Please guide customers between 12:00 and 18:00.
On the day (carry-out): If you are removing your items yourself, please do so after 6pm, when the store closes. (If you would like to have your items delivered by mail, our staff will arrange this separately.)

After the event, if the weather is fine, we will move to Zenpukuji Park with volunteers and hold a night cherry blossom viewing party until around 8pm. If you are interested, please come along and have a chance to meet other artists.
